Terry Lovelace

Terry Lovelace will join us in person at our October meeting where he will speak about his abduction by aliens in 1977 while on a camping trip with a friend at Devil's Den State Park.

After the presentation there will be a book signing followed by a reception at the Flying Saucer for dinner and a BEvERage (or two).

Terry Lovelace served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1979. Trained as a medic and EMT, the bulk of his enlistment was spent as a first responder at the Emergency Room of Whiteman Air Force Base Hospital.

After military service he completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, from Park University. He earned a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan and was admitted to the bar the same year. In addition to serving as a felony prosecutor, he was keenly interested in health care law. He’s a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and was certified as a health care risk manager.

While an Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Territory of American Samoa, he was General Counsel for LBJ Tropical Medical Center. He finished his legal career as State’s Attorney for Vermont’s Board of Medical Practice in 2012 and lives in Dallas with his wife of 45 years.

In 2018 Terry published his book Incident at Devil's Den which quickly became a best seller.

We will be at Alien Con in Dallas on our regular meeting day (October 5).
Please join us on the following weekend, Saturday October 12, for our October meeting at the regular time and location.

Please download the 2019 meeting calendar from this link and put it on your refrigerator! I will also have printed copies to hand out at the meetings.

There will be light snacks and drinks at the meeting. After the meeting we will go over to the Flying Saucer for a little while for dinner. This place has some good food, a great atmosphere and of course an incredible beer selection (and iced tea and soda for those who do not drink!)

Finally, We do not have a membership fee so we are asking for a $5.00 voluntary donation per person at the meeting. You are NOT required to donate. This money goes to pay for drinks and snacks at the general meeting, for the Meetup site fees, for any other expenses related to running the meetings and helps us to fund events. The books are completely open on this and I will have a spreadsheet of the account available at the general meetings if anyone is interested.

I hope to see you at the meeting and please get there a little early so we can get started. Don't forget to BRING A FRIEND!

As always, Keep your eyes to the skies!
